Location: New York United States Delivery time: Ordered 9/22/20 Arrived 11/16/20 (Long but worth the wait) The box was a little beat up but by no means was it in terrible condition (It pretty much came halfway across the world). The scooter was well packaged with the correct plugs, the seat and manuals; even came with a small pocket tool kit as well. The grip tape is abysmal so I replaced that as soon as it arrived; along with the handlebar grips. Most issues people have spoken about concerning this scooter have actually been addressed to my surprise. There wasn't an entire cable Jungle as I was very anxiously expecting! The motors and battery have been secured much better than what has been shown in the YouTuber, Pirate's videos on this model scooter. The chargers definitely aren't blowing anyone out of the water but do their Job just fine and aren't as cheap as everyone on here says they are. To my surprise the chargers were made for American outlets! That was one of my biggest worries because of the amount of comments complaining about having to use outlet adapters for the chargers because they didn't fit their country's outlets. This thing is a Monster. This thing is not for everyone. This thing is huge and heavy. This thing is a speed demon. No better Bang for your buck out there in terms of fast scooters. The wait was excruciatingly painful but it was honestly worth it.
